Martin joined On-Site Energy in March 2024 as Sales Director, where he leads New Business Development, Account Management, Solutions Architecture and Marketing. His focus is on driving new customer growth, enhancing engagement with existing clients, and elevating the On-Site Energy brand across the wider market. Passionate about supporting businesses in the UK and Europe, Martin is committed to helping organisations stabilise energy costs, reduce reliance on the grid, and progress confidently on their journey to Net Zero. Martin began his career as an apprentice engineer at IBM before earning a degree in Process Engineering. He later moved into Account Management and Sales at Solectron, and completed an MBA in Strategy at Napier University. He has since held senior commercial roles at Jabil, TT Electronics and STG Aerospace. At On-Site Energy, he also oversees New Product Development, exploring emerging technologies and future product opportunities. Outside work, Martin is a keen amateur cook, an enthusiastic traveller, and the owner of three dogs who frequently make surprise camera appearances.
