Jasmine Moss

Jasmine Moss is a procurement specialist with experience across a range of categories, including outsourced services, professional services, and energy. She has an in-depth understanding of public sector procurement legislation and is currently Transport for London’s procurement lead for renewable energy purchasing.
Jasmine manages the procurement of renewables through TfL’s Corporate PPA and private wire workstreams, and is heavily involved in early strategy development and structuring of agreements, all the way through to tender management and evaluation.
